Flatwoods is located in Northport, Alabama, near the Foodmax Supercenter and Walmart.

From Hwy 82, turn at the Foodmax Supercenter (Harper Road) traffic light. Procede on Harper Road about 1/2 mile until you see Buckhead Subdivision and a sign directing you to turn left to Flatwoods School.  Go through the neighborhood until you reach the Stop Sign. At the Stop Sign turn right and the school is on your left.
